New business or existing one — we shape solutions to real problems that people will actually pay for. We pin down what you're building and why it matters.

Ideas are great and plans are awesome — but they need to go through a brainstorm process to refine the details and come out as a fully structured, refined business plan.

Implementation Lab

We create a go-to-market strategy, set up our channels, implement real use-case situations, and then go live.

Week4

Finance / Funding

First we build a strong financial management model, then we explore multiple funding avenues, raise funding and launch — somehow, anyhow.
